Kirti Arora is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She has extensive experience in dealing with matters related to Corporate Law, FEMA, Corporate Advisory and drafting of various agreements, petitions, and applications.
Kirti has been associated with the firm for more than 3 years as an Associate and has been continually contributing to the growth and success of the firm through her knowledge, experience and interpersonal & management skills. Apart from professional knowledge, her technological competency has also been an advantage at the workplace.
Kirti has assisted in the assignments related to Merger and Acquisition, Compounding under FEMA and Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Audit, and has authored articles related to External Commercial Borrowing, Foreign Direct Investment, Beneficial Ownership etc.
Kirti likes to invest her spare time in exploring social platforms, creating online content and enjoys editing videos, dancing, and watching fictional shows.
