Mukul Manral, a qualified Company Secretary with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce is a young and dynamic professional at B Samrish & Co. His innovating and methodical approach is an asset of the Firm towards providing value-added services to clients.
He is heading stock exchange compliance of listed companies. His role has been pivotal in drafting policies of various committees of the companies, which have always been lauded by clients for their depth, quality and all-encompassing nature. Apart from the compliances of listed companies, he is handling the secretarial, taxation, and corporate legal compliances of unlisted companies.
His hands-on experience in corporate laws, due diligence, foreign exchange laws and taxation laws has always been instrumental in taxation and other compliances under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He is also engaged in the secretarial audit of public companies.
His soul is also wedded to the sport of cricket. Though the game of cricket is a team game, self-efficacy of each player is the key to winning. He believes the same off-the field too and insists that each team member should work on self-development. Once, Steve Waugh, former Australian cricketer said ‘Cricket is a game that obviously requires talent, but when talent is equal, as it so often is, the formula for success comes from strength of mind.’ For strength of mind he enjoys reading Bhagwat Geeta and other scriptural content in his spare time.
