Harsh Chetiwal is a qualified Company Secretary and an Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. He has also completed his graduation from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in Business Administration and Legislative law. During his initial years of graduation, he participated in various debates, group discussions and moot court competitions and in one such competition his team was first runner up. Afterwards he was appointed as one of the members of organizing committee which organized 31st Inter University Moot Court competition conducted by Bar Council of India.
During his later years of graduation, he completed internship in law firms as well as with litigation lawyers dealing in corporate and criminal law and arbitration & conciliation matters where he gained knowledge and experience about the working of District and Session courts, High court, conducted legal research, drafted legal documents and presented the case before the court.
Harsh is an effective communicator, collaborator and knowledgeable person who can work closely with clients and provide valuable legal inputs.
In his spare time, he likes to explore new places, do sketching and make memes.
Harsh believes that Life has no remote, get up and change it yourself.
