Ankita Gupta, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, currently serves as an Associate at B. Samrish & Co. Throughout Ankita’s career, she has progressed from roles as a management trainee to a senior executive within the firm.
Ankita’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mathematics from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, complemented by a legal foundation and the successful completion of a Bachelor’s in Law. Her skill set is marked by a deep understanding of legal drafting and adept management of secretarial compliances under FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, NCLT proceedings, and other relevant laws.
In her professional journey, Ankita has gained exposure to the complexities of listed companies, acquiring insights into Listing Regulations and the operational dynamics of Stock Exchanges and SEBI. Moreover, she leverages her expertise as a POSH trainer to facilitate the effective implementation of the POSH Act across diverse organizational settings.
