Ms. Karamjeet Kaur is an associate at B. Samrish & Co. She is a proud Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University. Karamjeet obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Punjab University.
Her career commenced in the field of Compliance, where she worked in the Listing Department at the Bombay Stock Exchange. During her tenure, she specialized in handling compliances for various Listed Companies on the Bombay Stock Exchange, including tasks such as managing Revocation of Suspension, Buy-Back, and De-Listing of Companies. Additionally, she gained exposure to Inspection and Surveillance activities, conducting investigations and audits of member brokers to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Karamjeet gained experience in Insolvency Proceedings related to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process during her tenure at Minerva Resolutions LLP, an Insolvency Professional Entity Registered with IBBI. Subsequently, she joined B. Samrish & Co., as an Associate and is responsible for maintaining the firm’s stakeholder relationships and ensuring secretarial compliances.
